What are Coaching Sessions?
Personalized Coaching helps you:
• learn about basic brain rewiring science and how to apply self-directed neuroplasticity from a biblical perspective.
• develop personalized goals in this area.
• work toward your goals with Limbic System Rewire methods.
• stay encouraged and motivated on the journey!
As your coach, I meet with you every week or two to answer questions, help you personalize the LSR brain rewiring methods, brainstorm real-life strategies, and provide accountability.
I then send a call summary and personalized steps to help you implement and reach your goals.
