I’ve Been There…

Nearly a decade into my chronic illness journey with multiple diagnoses, at least 40 symptoms, isolating sensitivities, and after trying one protocol, supplement & prescription after another… God led me to Brain Rewiring to begin to heal my Limbic System which was stuck in the Chronic Stress Response.

Due to the intricate brain/body connection, this focus on healing at deeper levels is having positive physical impacts as well as profound spiritual and mindset benefits. I am finally getting back to LIFE!

In 2024 I became a certified Brain Rewiring Coach through Limbic System Rewire [LSR]. I love to see other women set free from the tyranny of chronic stress over their mind, body and spirit. Through in-depth LSR Video Courses plus One-on-One Coaching, I am privileged to help women make amazing changes… for LIFE!
